switching services from Cricket to verizion

I just switched my services from Cricket to Verizon and transferred my old number over. Everything is working fine....except I do not receive incoming calls. When people try to call me it says the number is not valid, but I can make outgoing calls, text, access email and internet. Do you know why I am unable to receive incoming calls?

Did you turn off the old Cricket phone and remove the battery if possible? The porting process might not be fully complete. You can try calling customer service (1-800-922-0204) from another phone and asking them to verify the status of the port of your phone number from Cricket to Verizon Wireless.
