I have a Nokia 928, screen is frozen.  Tried online customer service, who referred problem to tech support, then disconnected and told me to try again later. I am alone in a rural area and need this stupid useless piece of junk.

Press and hold the power button and the volume down button together for 10-20 seconds, until the phone restarts.

You can also remove the SIM card, then reinsert it forcing the phone to reboot.
