I have back up assistant downloaded on my basic phone... but every time I try to back up my contact list it tells me my pin is invalid.
I apologize for the trouble you're having with Backup Assistant, zyalia. I recall having a similar issue with my PIN. If you've already confirmed that the PIN you're entering matches what Backup Assistant has on file for you, you can also try removing and reinstalling the app from your device. If you're not sure how to do that, please post the model phone you have and I'll provide the steps. Thank you.
