ENV touch if you can get one, doesn't require data. I kept getting outbid on e-bay as I wasn't willing to go over $50 for a used dumb phone but they are in high demand and have bidding wars. Same with the Samsung alias2 but I finally managed to win a bid on the alias2 for $40 in almost like new condition with the box and manual. Not a touch screen but it serves the purpose for my husband to replace his dying env3 and he prefers a physical keyboard. Mary
