Voice command is configured with the following, not sure if there is a disable option though: From the Home screen, press the Left Soft Key Menu ➔ Settings ➔ Phone ➔ Voice Commands

Thanks. Couldn't find a way to disable voice command completely, but did

1.Menu> Settings > Accessibility

2.Turn off all forms of Readout

3.Once this setting is updated, power off phone for 1 minute and test.
