My voicemail Icon will not go away. It says I have 3 messages, but none are there. I have since received and deleted messages but the icon is always there showing new messages
The Live Tiles get stuck every so often. Do a soft reset on your device.
Tried this numerous times. The VM icon still will not go away. It says I have three VM's
If you manually log in to your voice mail (*86) does it say you have new voice messages?
Also try removing the tile from the start screen, soft reboot and add it back.
