MarkGia, we appreciate you reaching out to us for support and we apologize for the miscommunication earlier. After further investigation, we've determined that the LG Exalt LTE is not compatible with VZ Navigator.

I don't know that you can. Have you considered getting an Android or iPhone? One of the most basic models of Android could probably run Google Maps, which is probably what you'd want to run. I'm sure VZ Navigator has some nice features, but Google Maps and some of the other Navigation Apps in the Playstore are amazing.

We want to make sure you are able to use the services you need. With regard to the application you are able to get the application if needed. Here is a link to help with the process https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-22929/. I hope this helps.

These VZ download instructions DO NOT seem to work for an Exalt LTE phone. I'll be cancelling my "free" trial of this app today.

Wow - I didn't know they even had it "available" for a "basic phone". Interesting.
I bet they don't even know the instructions in the link don't work. I'm thinking a very small population would know that it's possible on a basic phone.
How long have you had your Exalt?

The VZW Navigator has been available for basic phones since 2001 or so. That's how Verizon originally developed the add-on feature and started charging for it.
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

You should only have to go into the phone's menu and then select the Media Center. From there if you click on "Apps" it should be listed on one of the main pages, but if not click on the link that says "Shop Apps" and you should be able to find the link stating "VZ Navigator" or just "Navigator", and pressing "ok" to select and download.
If for whatever reason you don't see the app in these general app menu's, there is a "search" link you can select and search for "VZ Navigator" from there to locate it and download.
