water damage indicator

where is the water damage indicator located??  Technical Support told me to check where the sim card is. I saw a light red line on the card itself, is that what i'm looking for? does this mean i have water damage??

I need to make a claim if there is any water damage, but i dont want to pay for that if there isn't any.
