Verizon has demonstrated to me several times now that it does not value me as a customer. I have 3 lines and want to buy my way out of all three. Need to know the cost for each and if I can do them one at a time (I have to budget for this, thanks Verizon).

The ETF is $350 minus $10 for each full month of your contract term you've completed if the last subsidized phone purchased was a smartphone If the last subsidized phone purchased was a basic phone, the ETF is $175 minus $5 for each full month of your contract term you've completed.
