X2 I've been wondering this myself, I'm on my second 928. The first one started freezing a lot then the flash stopped working and it had NEVER been dropped or damaged. The replacement was a B Stock phone but it works better than the first one did except for the occasional stutter or screen not wanting to come on, if 8.1 offers even half the improvement as it did for my laptop then I want Windows Phone 8.1 ASAP!!!! Come on Verizon give a ballpark estimate or at least a yes or no. Pleeeeeeeassssssseeeeeee!
