I need access to my Gmail 24/7 and I know you feel the same. We don't want you to be without yours. I apologize for this inconvenience, but I know we will get it resolved. When did this first begin? Were you ever able to receive your Gmail on this device? Can you receive your Gmail on your computer? Here is a helpful link:
