I am still being biled for a phone i had cut off over a year and half ago getting really tired of this wanting me really change my mind about switching to another company. Help and explain
What do you mean by "cut off"? Did you cancel the line or just suspend it?
cut off?? when you requested to "cut off" the line of service they most likley gave you 2 options, cancel or suspend.first option: if you canceled the line you would of paid a ETF if you were still in your contract. if you were out of your contract you would of just canceled with no ETF. you would of noticed the ETF fee on your bill. second option: suspend the line. if you suspened the line it would still be on your account, you would still be paying for the phone. suspending the line means you are requesting there is no service active to the line. what you should do is call customer care ask why the line is still on your account. have them go back through the notations find out if you canceled the line or suspended.
