why can no one hear me when i talk?

everyone says they can barely hear me when I speak one the phone.Got a new phone and they still can barely hear me......

We want to make sure that everyone can hear you on the phone. Do you have a case on the phone? If so, we encourage you to take the case off and try again. We also want to make sure that you have the speaker positioned to your mouth.
