I am in Canada trying to use the internet and when I hit the up arrow key on the phone to open the web browser I get a 505 error - unable to load page. What is wrong? I have a US phone with a plan that allows me to use it in Canada.

Oh no! We regret to hear that this is happening. Let’s roll up our sleeves to make sure we get this issue taken care of ASAP. Other than this bump in the road, I do hope that you are enjoying your time in Canada. What is the make & model of your phone? Before you left for Canada, had we provisioned your phone for international travel & have an international plan on your line? Is texting & calls working?
