So yesterday I lost the sound from my phone unless it was connected with headphones so I did a factory reset and now it is stuck. I get the gears and hold down the volume down and the power to allow it to reset then I hold down the volume down key to TRY and get to the exclamation mark screen, but from there keeps resetting and never shows the exclamation mark. Help?
I'd run it down to the Local Corporate store and have them take a look at it..
