HTC M(8) for windows ordered 9/16 via Xfinity promo. Order continues to show "in-process" ever since. Verizon CS is no help on the phone and seem to know nothing about the promotion. The device shows available for pickup a two local stores so why is there a delay in shipping form verizon.com?
