Why is my phone not connected?
It was turned off yesterday, I paid my bill with special arrangements to make sure it would not be turned off! I am very upset about this!!! What seems to be the problem?
I want it restored ASAP and not charged for it either! It is not my doing this!

You can also visit a corporate store in case you are unable to get around the automated menu when calling.
It is important to have a working phone at all times. I would be concerned as well if my phone was not working. Please remove your post as it is public and you have your phone number listed.
