Hello, I just want to report that the Xperia 5 (unlocked, 2019, Android 10) is being blocked from installing the December 1, 2019 Google Play system update. If I remove the SIM, the update installs as normal. As soon as I insert the SIM, the phone automatically reboots and reverts back to the October 1st, 2019 patch.
Kindly advise the appropriate tech/software teams at Verizon to review and approve the update for the Sony Xperia 5. Thanks.
swerve147, I definitely understand needing the latest software for your Xperia 5. Since this device is not a Verizon Wireless device, we're not able to troubleshoot or roll out a new software for it. I'm really sorry.
