BOGO iPad Issue

I purchased 2 iPads on 1/7/22. They were both supposed to ship on 1/18/22, but only one did. I contacted customer service a couple of days ago to ask about the status of the 2nd iPad to which they responded they don’t have an exact date but rest assured, it will be shipping soon. The next day I got an email from Verizon that basically said sorry, we just ran out of stock. You’re new shipment date is 2/11/22. 

Obviously, this is upsetting. I’m currently paying full price for 1 iPad. I don’t even want the 2nd one anymore after all this trouble but I definitely don’t want to pay full price for 1. It seemed like a great deal but who knows when I’ll actually get it.
