Can I have a data plan shared between two tablets?

Is it possible to have a "month to month" data plan - shared between two iPads? I do not have Verizon cell phone service for which to add these onto a "Plan". Nor do I have any other Verizon services for that matter. I am just trying to have two (possibly three) iPads to have cellular connectivity [the devices do have this ability]. Thanks in advance for your help

Thank you for considering us for your data needs! We don't want you to pay for a cell phone service if you only need it for data on your tablets. The good news is that we offer a data plan only for tablets. The monthly fee per tablet on Postpaid is $10.00 per month and the data is shared among your device.
