Can not sign in to Verizon Cloud on iPad mini

I tried at least 10 times to sign in to Verizon Cloud via my iPad mini and i get the same error message consistently:

After selecting what I want to backup I get a message:

Something Went Wrong

There was a problem when you signed in

Please wait a moment and sign in

again [422 : 4508]

What am I doing wrong

Have you tried deleting the app and then downloading it again?  VZW apps are really finicky about whether they work or not.

I am sure you are doing everything correct Special100! I
want to make sure you can view your Verizon Cloud. Have you tried logging in on
a computer? Did you get an error message there?  I want to get to the
bottom of this so please share details.

The problem is entirely with the app but I cannot find the contact information for the development team.  You could try calling 8009220204 or *611 and select the option for tech support.  Otherwise, you could facebook message them through their page (when I've contacted them through their page I received replies the same day).   Alternatively, you could tweet them or try Live Chat on this website.

Can you please be more specific. Do you mean a computer running on a windows 8? Running VerizonWindowsInstaller.exe gets xml parsing error errors"not well formed  invalid token at line 220

Please clarify
