***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Charges on my bill

Are we being charged for the use of 2 iPads?  Our old iPad does not work and haven’t been using it for a long time.   If we are being charged for the usage of 2 iPads, please eliminate one of them.

Also, we want to decline the insurance.  I’m assuming that the extra $30.48 per phone is the insurance cost? 

Please deduct these costs.
