Are we being charged for the use of 2 iPads?  Our old iPad does not work and haven’t been using it for a long time.   If we are being charged for the usage of 2 iPads, please eliminate one of them.

Also, we want to decline the insurance.  I’m assuming that the extra $30.48 per phone is the insurance cost? 

Please deduct these costs.

Nobody in this forum has access to your account. You will need to call Verizon to make any changes.
