I am trying to transfer the Verizon Wireless Prepaid from my old iPad to new. I updated this easily on Verizonwireless site and have tried on the iPad but the number still shows as unknown. Any suggestions?

I am trying to transfer the Verizon Wireless Prepaid from my old iPad to new.  I updated this easily on Verizonwireless site and have tried on the iPad but the number still shows as unknown.  Any suggestions?
