I bought IPad 9.7 5/4/19 at Verizon store and determined I needed the I pad pro. I went to Verizon store and bought the iPad Pro 5/9/19 and plan to return the IPad 9.7 and my husband threw the box away. I also want to know what it will cost me to return the I pad 9.7 and cancel that line and if I can now that the box is gone? I’m within the 14 days. I wanted to just exchange it and was told I couldn’t.
