I upgraded my iPad to a iPhone 11 the kit was sent to me on 10/2 I sent this back at a UPS box 10/7 it is now 11/4 I have received numerous emails about my trade in not being received. I spoke to a rep who told me this is being processed and it has been received today my account was charged for the Ipad I sent in. Please advise on what I need to do about this as I am not out of an iPad and money .
