iPad will not connect via Verizon cell...constantly shows "Searching" in the upper left corner but never connects to cellular provider. It works perfectly with wifi and distance is not a problem as my iphone is showing 4 bars. Why am I paying for a service that I cannot use? Is this the fault of Apple or Verizon?
