***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. I've been told that I ran out of data. I want to use a Square point of sale device in a open field. If I have no data, will I still be able to use the Square?

What plan are you on and do you have safety mode activated. If you have safety mode on yu'll be slowed to 128 kbps. Whether that is fast enough for what you want who knows. That about twice dial-up speeds. If you do not have safety mode activate then you get full speeds at $15 per . Of course thatmight depend on your plan which you do not state
