Apple Iphone 11 Echo issue

No matter when, where or who I call when I am using speaker phone the individual on the phone has an Echo.  I have tested my microphone with Apple and they suggested I reach out you.

Same, it is the most annoying thing as having to be on phone a lot too it is also delayed so we speak at the same time #iphone11 #help #replacement device

Good afternoon, Dani1206! We want to be sure that your calls work perfectly fine. Does this only happen with certain contacts or all contacts? Does it happen while on speaker phone specifically or all the time?
