I've been billed for 2 jet packs, nearly $2,000, that we never received and have never used. Should have caught but was bundled in with the many other charges we receive for residential & business. Bounced from Customer Care to Fraud then back to Customer Care with no resolution. Been a customer for over 15 years. Maybe time to share my story with AT&T.
