Dealing with Verizon is a really painful process, called them more than 10 times, after long discussion over the phone any associate that I spoke to ended up charging me more. Now on top of that, I received a message saying that they are changing both of our phone numbers. No one answers the phone after 5, if there's anyone willing to help on chat support they disappear. I have no idea who should I contact.
