I have been trying to reach a customer service person for 2 weeks and have had two call back appointments and not received a call. I have been having my calls drop after a few minutes into the conversation. I am working from home and these calls are important. I was told at one point with a chat with Verizon it was a problem in my area and they had engineers working on it. After two weeks of this issue this seem unlikely that was the problem. I need this resolved. I was on an important call with the owners of my business and my calls were dropped 4 times in one conversation.
My phone is updated and only 1 year old if that makes a difference. I am on IOS 14.2

Myself and many others have reported this and speaking for myself just get the runaround and scripts and hung up on a ticket was made get script auto reply issue not fixed seems they think ignoring the problem or not taking accountability we will stop calling or guess magically fix itself there trouble shooting does nothing or there scripts excuses had one tell me get a network extender and I'm a mile from newest tower

*bump*
Any other issues? Anything resolved?
I have found that forcing the iPhone to use LTE and turning off Wi-Fi calling are exceptionally helpful.
This suggestion has worked for a newer iPhone 12 Pro Max
This applies to iOS 14.2 and up
Go to Settings>Cellular
If you have good Wi-Fi: (and by good Wi-Fi I mean having a good upload speed higher than 256mbit)
Wi-Fi Calling> ON
Otherwise:
Wi-Fi Calling>OFF
Cellular Data Options>Voice & Data> LTE
I then turned off my phone, waited 5 minutes and turned it back on.
I also own a cellular iPad Pro 11... I had it turn Wi-Fi calling back on and it did it account wide...
BE CAREFUL TO NOT RE-ENABLE WI-FI CALLING IF IT DOESN'T WORK FOR YOU
I hope this helps!

I am having the same problem in Charleston, SC and my parents are as well in Greenville, SC. We all have iPhone 11s. Our service has gotten to be terrible, we drop calls, and sometimes can barely hear each other. As the "technical support" of the family, it's getting frustrating. My father is researching other companies as he blames it on Verizon.
Is it an iPhone issue? A cell service issue? What's going on?

Epalyn,
Service isues are never fun, and if your whole family is experiencing similar concerns, that's alarming for sure, because we want to keep you in the Verizon family. Let's gather more details and get to the bottom of this for you. Aside from calls, how are your other services working (texting and data)? How far do you have to travel before you see a significant improvement with the service? What difference do you see when you're outdoors versus indoors?
