I accidentally ordered the wrong iPhone 11 online. I have filled out the return form. How do I get a replacement phone? Do I start a new order again? Please help! The local store is closed and I have been on-hold and chat with no response. I do not want to get stuck with 2 phones!
Sadly you are stuck. It will be weeks before they will receive the phone back into their inventory. With everything going on maybe longer. I tried on hold for an hour today to get a chat going online and they never got to me. I wish you well, but Verizon has shut down.
