FAILED TEXT AND PHONE CALLS ON 11 PRO MAX

Has anyone had any issues with failed texts and phone calls in the Tampa Bay area (Carrollwood)? When I text my son (Blue balloon) it goes through. When I text someone else (Green balloon) it stalls and fails to send the message. Also if I try to call someone in another area of town or another area of the US, I'm told the call and my words are cutting out. Do I need to do something to my phone like reboot? Or do I need to upgrade to the current 5G phone?

I can't even contact Verizon by text or calling.

Oh, my! It's imperative to be able to call/text without any issues. We're here to help! Thanks for the details. I'm glad your iMessages are working which uses data. However, SMS (green-blue) messages not sending & calls going in/out is far from the wireless experience we want for you. For clarity, when did this begin?
