***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. My daughter went back to school this week and now can no longer get any service on her phone even though it shows full bars.  Texts do not go through nor can apps or the internet load anything.  This is happening with multiple users who have Verizon at this location.  Not any other carriers.  She uses her phone to access notes, homework problems etc  and now cannot complete her work. I've contacted customer support and had her do the trouble shooting fix of turning off WiFi, enabling cellular services and then shutting down and restarting her phone.  This does not help.  This is going on 3 days of the same issue at the same location.  If I can't get the issue resolved I'm going to have to switch our network.

My daughter is having the same issue since the last IOS update. Tried all the usual fixes and a network reset seems to work for awhile but then the issue comes back. Full bars and no celluar data or so slow it barely works.
