How do I escalate issue to Corporate / Executive Offices

I don't have the time nor the mental energy to write about what a horrible experience I've had with Verizon the last several days. Over something that every robot keeps telling me is easy to solve. Today was over 5 hours on the phone, week's total has been about 10 hours. Still not resovled. Even went into a store and was told 'I don't know. I'm not tech support and we don't have tech support in the stores.' Wouldn't offer any solution. Chatting, messaging, calls, erasing phone, calling Apple on and on and on and on - crying, screaming. If your kid has a gun threat at their school and you can't reach them because Verizon screws up the phone and IMEI activation - should I just blow it off? Where can I complain, I mean, where can I complain to someone that gives a dang?
