Is there any way to waive a fee?

So I ordered the iPhone 11 Pro Max.. or so I thought. I ordered a case and screen protector for the Pro Max but when I unboxed the phone today, I find that it's only the Pro. I hate small phones so I'm not at all happy with this. Is there any way to waive this fee?? I have an email where I had the Pro Max in my cart so I'm not understanding how I have the Pro. My receipt says I ordered the Pro but I didn't even click on it to look at it since I read numerous articles stating that it's the smaller of the three phones.

You need to call Verizon customer service. No one on here will be able to help you with this.

What fee? Upgrade/Activation fees are valid charges. Restocking fee applies if you broke the seal on a new phone.
