When I try to run the my Verizon app it tries to load but then a restart message comes up and just gets into a loop. Anyone else having this issue?
I am having the same issue. I have an iPhone X running 13.6 and this was not an issue before today.
I have checked for any new updates to the app.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app.
I have restarted my phone several times.
I have checked on my iPad, and I have the same problem.
Looks like there might be an issue with the app accessing Verizon servers?
Yeah I am having the same issue and tried resetting phone, uninstalling and reinstalling app, clearing out cookies and nothing seems to work. Constant restart. Hopefully we get a solution for this.
