So disappointed with this device and Verizon. We live in a area where Verizon does not have good coverage, I regret to this day for switching from at&t to Verizon. At least with at&t we had the phone on one location in the house and we were able to have a call without dropping.
We just got the Network Extender. It worked/works some time for one phone, but not for the other. both phones are iphones 11 Pro Max, spent hours on the calls with Verizon, they sent a new sim card (not here yet), the phone that did not connect started to connect without any changes on our end. unfortunately it lasted for 3 days, yesterday both phones stopped being connected. Called today, spent more time on the phone, a network level ticket was logged, got the message to toggle the phones airplane mode on and off. did it on both, nothing. read an article to reset it to manufactory settings, did, one phone connects one does not.
