I got a new phone yesterday and when I go to some of my apps and it wants to send an SMS verification code, it is not coming through. I ported this number/line from At&T if that makes any difference.
Was your port completed? Are you able to make phone calls? You may need to contact Verizon to make sure they have the device ID correct. Or check My Verizon and see if the IMEI and Device ID are correct. If not they need to correct it.
