I've had Verizon for 8 years. For the last several months I have had trouble with receiving calls and making them unless I made them through wifi only. Support is a nightmare. I have friends nearby who had the same problems, they switched to T-mobile and they have no more problems receiving calls on thier phones. I on the other hand have spent two hours wasting my time with Verizon. The first time I used their automated service the agent disconnected and didn't follow up. I am done wasting time with automated agents. I want to get help from a human, on the phone, or I will switch. Does anyone know how to get a human on the Phone with Verizon? The chat help would be acceptable if you could pick up where you left off or have a case number. Nope.
