iPhone 11 won't receive SMS text messages on LTE but will on 3G. I can send and receive iMessages and can send SMS text messages. I've completed online troubleshooting without success. A phone respresentative was not helpful either. Any suggestions besides going to a Verizon store?
Did you ever figure this out? I have started having this problem. I have reset my network, reset my entire phone, poured over Apple troubleshooting and spent hours on Verizon's website to try and figure it out. So far no luck.
