Not able to make call... all calls in or out FAIL

Is Verizon having connectivity issues? Starting today, 4/30 at 12:00 p.m. all calls in or out get a FAIL message. Trying to get Live Chat assistance, but not response.

I have been having the same problem for several days. iPhone 12. I have tried every fix! Help!
