Since early October 2020, we have had very bad cellular reception in our local area (where we used to have excellent 4G service) - I was told that our local cell tower has been "upgraded" for 5G but this seems to have triggered something pretty awful for LTE connectivity. How can we remedy this? I have an iPhone 11 Pro and live in zip 12572.
