I signed up for a promotion buy one get one free. Upon reviewing my account, I found I owed $119.96 on the devices. I paid it off and the promotion was removed and now I still owe $119.96. Spent almost 2 hrs on the phone with a rep and they could not resolve. I asked to reverse the payment or move it to another line or just give me a credit for the balance. Nothing could be done and they refused to transfer me to a supervisor. I am moving back to Tmobile.
I'm sorry to learn you are thinking of leaving us. I hope we explained that one of the requirements for the promotion is that you keep the device on the payment plan for the term you selected 24 or 30 months. -Dolores
