My wife and I switched to Verizon back in November with the promise of $250 gift card for each of our phones. It has been 4 months and have not received my gift card. I am being strung along from the rebate center and it’s beyond frustrating. At this point, I am extremely unhappy with Verizon. I have called 4 times and keep getting strung along. Has anyone experienced this? Who can I contact to file a compliant? I don’t want anyone else to fall for this as I did.

I just moved from AT&T to Verizon 2 days ago. Glad I read the documents, because I didn’t realize I had to fill out the online rebate form to qualify. It looked like this on one of our receipts

I filled out a compliant to the Better Business Bureau. The next day I received a call from their corporate team and they credited my account $500. I am never one to complain - but this was my tipping point.

I came from Sprint 2 days ago. New 11 pro max from VZW and service.

promised porting 200 promo mastercard. When the smoke cleared found out charged line fee.

Then billing after the fact said I missed promo although receipt had a code and told verbally at purchase. Now, no promo card and the like. Love the device, but not the excuses for promo card.

like the service very much, and support on device. YES I know on a 2GB plan you get a line fee now.

It seems forced upgrading to more expensive plans to shake the line fee. TBH, why would I want to pay more on a plan, double that of sprint, and be more than device contract payments🤔

Not all on earth are wealthy and I am not narcissistic to think all are expected to be.

The only solution is to terrible it up or pray for a 55 plus plan to come to my state. Sprint has it, almighty VZW should nationwide.

Just a followup. Received my $150 MasterCard rebate on Friday March 13, our lucky day.

I did receive one our two automated status emails from Verizon over the past 5 weeks.
