I got 2 iPhone 11s with the BOGO promo...it was on my bill for one month and now I got an email saying I was no longer eligible and my bill went up!! I haven’t changed a single thing with my plan...how can that just be taken away!? I’ve been with Verizon for over 10 years and I’m ready to cancel all 10 of our lines over this.
