Questionable fees

Hi,

I set up auto-pay and never really looked carefully at my bills. I was surprised to see that Verizon without informing me had charged me questionable fees. 1-The first was a $5 dollar late fee and then 2-$20 re-connection fee per line that's $60. Those are unjustified charges and I'd like to both dispute them and get a refund as soon as possible. I may have to escalate this if you keep slapping us with fees without notice or legal justification. Does anybody know how to escalate this? Their customer service is not that much help - at least so far.
