This is on my iPhone 11 and son's 12. This is the 4th time service has gone down in the middle of the day. Can't contact service again, I Know it is not our phones. Verizon isn't even registering on my phone again. Like it does not exist..... Been with Verizon for nearly 10 years. Do not want to switch. Who do I call/email/chat with to make this known without going through all the tech stuff again?
I've been having constant issues with service in Plano. I think they just turned on 5G and even though it says you have a 5G connection it doesn't work. Or it just has no service at all, either 4G or 5G. But in either case it doesn't work. I'm in East Plano, where are you?
