I am a new customer to Verizon. Me and my wife our pregnant with our first child, we are also moving into a new home. So you can say we have a lot going on. And so long story short. My phone was stolen on a trip. I am have a hard time with money at the moment. I was recently fired because of this pandemic. I have insurance on my phone but they are charging me $200 to replace my phone. Is there any way that I can get some help? I'm also behind on my bill already because of a financial mistake with auto billing. Is there any way to get help with something like this? Thank you in advance

$200 is the deductible, you might contact verizon cs, 1-800-922-0204 during the week for relief.
