Can someone help? Been on hold for 35 minutes with customer service, and no one has answered. 

We just switched from AT&T to Verizon and we gave them the wrong Pin# from our AT&T account to transfer our numbers. We were told in the store it's okay if it's wrong, it's an easy fix to get it activated... Well, it's not easy if they don't answer, so does anyone have any past experience with this?

No one isn't answering, too many people are calling in. For every serious caller, you have someone who is too lazy to look at two bills side be side to figure out what went up.

No worries, it can get fixed tomorrow.   I assure you, you're not the first to get a PIN code wrong.
